In this system of “checks and balances” it’s his job to ensure that the Constitutional rights that we all enjoy are also protected in criminal court. In the past several years, Sal Bazaz has also experienced the civil side of the law, taking on all aspects of Family Court, including Divorce, Paternity actions, and Child Support.
Moreover, he has especially been present in Dependency Court working with parents whose children have been sheltered by the Department of Children and Families.
Sal and his wife are also Foster Parents where their job is to care for and be the voice of the children who have been removed from their homes.
